Organic whole grain wheat, organic whole grain rye, organic corn, organic whole grain oats, organic whole grain spelt, organic whole grain Kamut® khorasan wheat, organic flaxseed.
Basic Cooking Instructions
Stovetop: Bring water and salt to a boil. Slowly whisk in cereal, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes.

Microwave: Combine 1/4 cup cereal, 3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt in a microwave safe bowl. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until water is fully absorbed, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. Let stand for 2 minutes.
