- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Whisk together eggs, oil, and water in a large bowl.
- Add entire bag of baking mix and combine well.
- Mix in vinegar until thoroughly incorporated.
- Transfer dough into a well-greased small loaf pan (approx. 8.5" x 4.5" x 2.5").
- Bake for 1 hour or until edges of the loaf start to recede from the pan.
- Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan to cool completely. Enjoy!
