Organic red quinoa.
- Boil - Bring 2 cups water or broth to boil in medium pot.
- Cook - Stir in 1 cup quinoa. Cover and simmer over low heat 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Finish - Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
Tip: Red quinoa is cooked when each grain is translucent and white germ is visible.
Makes about 3 cups.
Do not eat raw.
Fully cook before eating.
