1. Combine - Bring 1 3/4 cups water or broth to boil in medium pot.
2. Cook - Add 1 cup rice. Cover and simmer over low heat 25 minutes or until water is absorbed.
3. Finish - Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
Do not eat raw.
Fully cook before eating.
