Suggested Use
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil - Bring 3 cups water or broth to boil in medium pot.
- Cook - Stir in 1 cup mung beans. Boil over medium heat 5 minutes.
- Finish - Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 to 10 minutes, depending on desired texture. Drain, as needed.
