Bring 1 3/4 cups water or broth to boil in medium pot.
Stir in 1 cup grains. Cover and simmer over low heat 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender and liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
Tip: Sprouted quinoa is cooked when each grain is translucent and white germ is visible.
Do not eat raw. Fully cook before eating.
